A yoga practice can help you access calm, reduce stress, improve flexibility and increase strength. Our bodies weren't designed to sit all day, and this practice helps mitigate the damage caused by our lack-of-moving lifestyles.

Each class is tailored to the needs of those who attend that day. The sequencing is simple and taught using traditional hatha yoga style, which means it isn't complicated and suitable for most levels. We always start with connecting to breath to reset after your day.

 

Give yourself an hour to move, centre and ground with a yoga practice.

  • Practices are on Zoom so you don't get stuck in traffic or have to worry about winter driving.
