A yoga practice can help you access calm, improve flexibility and increase strength.

Each class is tailored to the needs of those who attend that day. The sequencing is simple and taught using traditional hatha yoga style, which means it isn't complicated and suitable for most levels. We always start with connecting to breath to reset after your day.

 

Give yourself an hour to move, centre and ground with a yoga practice.

  • Practices are on Zoom so you don't get stuck in traffic or have to worry about winter driving.

  • Access to over 70 student-only recorded practices on YouTube you can do anytime.

This is for you if you've been longing to connect with others who won't think you're weird for talking to your spirit guides, galactics, or elementals. Who are interested in exploring frequency, consciousness, energetic healing, past lives lived and remembering who you are at a soul level. 

 

It's more important than ever to connect with like-minded souls in a safe and sacred community. Where you can share your thoughts, feelings, tap into your intuition and feel comfortable exploring your spiritual self. 

We gather in person on the the 3rd Thursday of the month.
